This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for your own operational area, lead a team of colleagues and play a key role in delivering exceptional warehouse performance.Working closely with Shift Managers and the wider leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of around 50 colleagues, driving productivity, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are at the forefront of everything you do.Shift Pattern: Rotating shift (06:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm) working any 5 days from 7.The RoleAs a First Line Manager, you will take ownership of your area of the warehouse operation, supporting your team to achieve performance targets while creating an engaged and positive working environment.Key responsibilities include:Leading, motivating and developing a team of approximately 50 colleagues.Managing day-to-day warehouse activities across inbound receiving, stock put-away, picking, despatch and inventory management.Supporting the delivery of operational KPIs, identifying challenges and working with the wider team to implement corrective actions.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, accuracy and operational efficiency.Promoting a strong Health and ..... full job details .....
