Warehouse First Line Manager

GXO is currently looking for three Warehouse First Line Managers to join our BandQ Distribution Centre in Worksop. Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and supporting roles, driving operational performance while ensuring service, productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our largest and most established retail operations and play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to our customer. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rotating days and afternoons shift pattern (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00).
