Warehouse Dispatcher

Manpower Recruitment have teamed up with an established company close to Oxford City centre.
We are recruiting for a full time Warehouse Dispatcher

The role is Full Time, permanent and working hours will be Monday-Friday.

**Please note no staff car parking so the right candidate will need to be able to to rely on public transport or walk.

Salary for the role is £25396pa.

Job description: Dispatcher

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and staff. This position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidate will also be trained how to prep coffins and caskets, as well as stock control.
Duties

• To pack coffins andamp; caskets in a timely manner - ready for the courier to collect.
• To keep the dispatch area tidy.
• To order packaging as and when required.
• To receive and check all deliveries into the building.
• To prepare coffins and caskets for production.
• Stock control.

Skills

• Candidate should be physically able to move around easily, as role involves lifting.
• Be able to use power and hand tools competently.
• Polite telephone manner.
• Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.
• To be able to work individually as well as part of a team.
• Full training will be given.
