Warehouse & Delivery Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Aylesbury 
Pay Rate: £13.66 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global supply chain organisation, who provide logistics and inventory management solutions to manufacturing and engineering businesses worldwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with variety, offering a mix of warehouse work and customer-facing delivery duties.
 The Role:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties including goods receiving, order picking and stock control
• Preparing and delivering products to customer sites
• Supporting inventory management and regular stock counts
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, on time and accurately
• Acting as a professional representative of the business when interacting with customers
• Working flexibly between warehouse and driving responsibilities depending on daily needs

Requirements:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Confident communicating with customers on-site
• Reliable with strong punctuality and attendance
• Previous warehouse experience preferred (goods in, picking, stock control)
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
