Acting as a key link between warehouse staff, transport teams, and inventory control, you''ll play a vital role in maintaining accuracy, safety, and service standards. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and receiptMonitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and replenishmentLiaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departmentsMaintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS)Prepare documentation such as delivery notes, pick lists, and goods received recordsSupport warehouse staff with task allocation and workflow coordinationEnsure compliance with health and safety and company proceduresAssist with audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives RequirementsPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain coordination roleStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office and warehouse systems (e.g. WMS, ..... full job details .....
