Warehouse and Logistics CoordinatorType: PermanentSalary: Circa £30,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: West LondonWorking pattern: On-siteOur client is looking for an organised and dependable Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join a busy operational team in West London.This is a varied role combining warehouse administration, logistics coordination, order support and day-to-day communication across a fast-moving operation. It would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with different teams and making sure equipment and orders are where they need to be, when they need to be there.The roleYou will support the day-to-day coordination of warehouse and logistics activity, helping to keep orders, deliveries, collections and internal movements running smoothly.Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, preparing operational paperwork, updating internal systems and helping coordinate the movement of equipment between locations.You will also liaise with colleagues, suppliers and external delivery partners, helping to resolve queries and make sure information is communicated clearly across the operation.The role will involve supporting a range of general warehouse and logistics administration, including order processing, delivery documentation, stock-related records and other operational paperwork.You will work closely with the wider team to help plan workloads, prioritise activity and ensure that equipment is available and ..... full job details .....
