Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day operation of our warehouse within a fast-paced FMCG environment.Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of warehouse performance, stock accuracy, operational compliance, and team organisation. Acting as the key liaison between Supply Chain, Production, and Goods Out, you will ensure the smooth flow of materials and finished products throughout the business while maintaining the highest standards of safety, food safety, efficiency, and customer service.Our team works across staggered shift patterns, typically operating in highly focused pairs (2 people per shift). You will act as the vital link between the warehouse floor and senior management, taking full responsibility for shift continuity, performance, and workplace safety.This role requires a strong operational leader who is comfortable working on the warehouse floor, supporting teams, resolving issues in real time, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.About the Role:Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all daily Goods Out operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of goods.
