Warehouse / Stores Operative FLT Location: LeedsJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentIndustry: Engineering / ManufacturingHours: Monday-Thursday 8:30AM-5PM/Friday 8:30AM-3:12PMReference: ASPLIV The Role We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse / Stores Operative to join an established engineering and manufacturing business based in Leeds.This is a varied, hands-on position combining warehouse, stores and FLT duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring parts, equipment and materials are received, stored, recorded and distributed efficiently across the business.We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable and organised, with a practical approach and the ability to think on their feet in a busy working environment. Key Responsibilities Organising and maintaining the warehouse and stores areas Receiving deliveries and managing goods-in / goods-out Loading and unloading deliveries using an FLT Booking parts and materials in and out of the internal system Carrying out stock control, stock checks and inventory duties Using SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems Ensuring warehouse and stock records are kept accurate and up to date Supporting the wider stores and engineering teams with parts and equipment Using handling and lifting equipment including jigs, hoists and rigs Moving equipment and materials safely around the facility Completing relevant warehouse and stores paperwork Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Following all company ..... full job details .....
