Warehouse Backshift Manager

Are you a tenacious and motivating manager, with experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge? I am looking for a Back Shift Warehouse Manager. Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage. Working on a busy shift you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns. Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 100 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI''s, adhere to and monitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.
