Work closely with e-commerce and store teams to improve goods-in and goods-out processes. Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team, driving high performance and excellent service. Support and champion continuous improvement initiatives, ideally using LEAN methodologies. Implement and embed new procedures that enhance stock accuracy, customer service, and operational flow.
