Warehouse Assistant

Warehouse Assistant / Up to £28,000 per annum DOE / Based in Eye, Suffolk / Monday to Friday / Day Shift / Permanent  
 
Hales Group are proud to be working with our client based in Eye, Suffolk. For this role, they are looking for someone with strong Warehouse skills, particularly in Good In/Out and Stock Control. On occasion you will also be responsible for maintenance of the machines, so knowledge of basic maintenance will be advantageous.  
 
Salary  
 
Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience 
 
Hours 
 
Monday to Friday  
8.00am till 5.00pm 
 
Duties include: 

• Being responsible for Goods In and taking responsibilities of the preparation of orders for dispatch 
• Filling in and filing all necessary paperwork for traceability and stock control 
• Packing and Labeling of paste, drums and pots 
• To become multi skilled in manufacturing & QC functions 
• Develop strategies to solve problems. 
• Carry out any reasonable task which is requested by the head of department or manager 
• Forklift driving 
• Keep working areas clean, safe and organized 
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 & regulatory requirements 
• Assist in maintenance of equipment and manufacturing of plating jigs 
• On occasion you will assist in some manufacturing of products 

• Strong Warehouse experience  
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Works to high standards 
• Some background in basic maintenance 
• Likes to be hands on
