Warehouse AssistantSalary: £25,500 per annum and you also get bonus, pension, life assuranceLocation: Dartford, UKMain Purpose:Support the production of diagnostic products by carrying out manufacturing, equipment preparation, quality checks, and general production tasks.Key Responsibilities:Produce and filter reagents, adjusting based on quality feedbackClean, sterilise, and prepare equipment and materialsPrepare components used in diagnostic products (e.g. ELISA/CLIA)Operate or assist with filling linesCarry out basic equipment maintenance and checksHelp assemble and pack finished productsQuality and Documentation:Complete all paperwork accurately and on timeFollow company quality systems and proceduresReport any issues quickly to the managerOperational Support:Help maintain stock and materialsSupport projects and validation of new equipment/processesAssist with testing and investigations when neededWork flexibly and support the wider teamStep in for the manager if requiredSkills and Experience:Science background or relevant experience (preferred)Knowledge of manufacturing processesGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong numeracy and attention to detailFlexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesWilling to learn new skillsAdecco is a disability-confident employer.
