Warehouse and Production Supervisor Location: MaidenheadSalary: 35,000 - 38,000 per annumHours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays About the Company Our client is a well-established and growing medical technology manufacturer based in Maidenhead, developing clinician-led solutions used within regulated healthcare environments. The business operates a combined warehouse and production / assembly facility on a single floor and works to ISO9001 quality standards. They are now seeking a hands-on Warehouse and Production Supervisor to support day-to-day operations, ensuring products are built, handled, stored and dispatched in line with medical manufacturing and quality requirements. The Role This is a practical, shop-floor based role for someone who has worked within a medical or regulated manufacturing environment and understands the importance of quality, traceability and process discipline. The Warehouse and Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production activity while remaining fully hands-on - supporting assembly, goods-in, picking, packing and dispatch as required. You will play a key role in maintaining ISO9001 processes, documentation and compliance, while ensuring the operation runs smoothly across the floor.
