This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regulated manufacturing business where you''ll lead the Warehouse, Goods In and Dispatch functions, ensuring products are stored, handled and delivered safely, compliantly and on time. Leading a team of six, you''ll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards across Health and Safety, quality, customer service, inventory accuracy and operational performance, while driving continuous improvement across the department. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and dispatch function, ensuring customer orders are delivered On Time In Full (OTIF) while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence. Working closely with Production, Supply Chain and Customer Services, you''ll ensure materials move efficiently through the business while developing and motivating your team to achieve operational objectives.
