Warehouse and Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring the efficient movement of goods while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and operational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, import/export processes, budget management, and health and safety compliance. They will lead and develop the warehouse team, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives. Based in Esher 40,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus (worth up to 20% of basic salary) 37.5 hours per week Very generous contributory pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
