We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Warehouse and Forklift Operative to play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently.What You''ll Be Doing:Safely handling, loading, unloading, and stacking materialsOperating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck)Reviewing previous day''s output and ensuring production lines are fully suppliedMaintaining a consistent flow of materials to the assembly line using Kanban systemsTransporting materials efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and organisedCarrying out stock counts and inventory checksUsing computers and radios to support clear communicationWorking collaboratively to meet daily targets while adhering to health and safety standardsWhat We''re Looking For:Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licencesAbility to perform heavy lifting and remain on your feet for extended periodsStrong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and good teamwork skillsWhat''s in It for You:Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch breakCompetitive pay: £13.21-£13.71 per hour, depending on licencesPotential for a permanent position for the right candidateReady to Apply?
