Part-Time 25 Hours Great Pay Temp-to-PermHours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (flexible)We''re looking for a Warehouse and Facilities Coordinator to keep a busy site running smoothly. If you''re organised, hands-on, and take pride in a job well done, this role is for you.You''ll take the lead on warehouse operations, stock control, logistics, and facilities upkeep. Working independently, you''ll ensure the site stays safe, tidy, and fully functional every day.This role is perfect if you: Love an organised, professional environment Work proactively and solve problems before they appear Enjoy variety and taking responsibility Want a stable, long-term opportunityYour Key Tasks:Warehouse and Stock:Goods in/out, checking and storing deliveriesPacking and dispatching equipment, booking couriersMaintaining stock and asset recordsRegular audits and equipment readinessFacilities and Safety:Site upkeep, inspections, meeting room setupManaging A/C, boiler, alarms, PAT, fire safety servicingWaste management (including WEEE), access, inductionsBasic vehicle maintenance coordinationYou''ll Need:Experience in warehouse/logistics/stock/facilitiesStrong organisation and a practical approachFull clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicleAbility to obtain SC and NPPV3 clearanceNice to Have:Asset/stock system experiencePAT, fire safety, WEEE knowledgeIOSH, HandS, IPAF, or IT/managed services experienceLooking for a reliable part-time role where your initiative really counts?Apply ..... full job details .....
