Role: Warehouse and Dispatch Manager Location: LeicestershireSalary: 45,000- 50,000 per annumOur client is a leading company in the FMCG sector and is now looking for a talented Warehouse Manager and Dispatch Manager. The role is to manage all aspects of the warehouse including Goods In, Stocktaking, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Returns and Dispatch.They require a hands on style to lead from the front, bringing energy and experience to deliver required improvements to people and process performance.Key Responsibilities include: To lead and manage all direct reports to deliver customer daily orders in the most cost-effective manner. To develop a Continuous Improvement culture to improve warehouse performance efficiencies. To drive KPI''s in your team for health and safety, quality, customer service, labour and materials. Through direct reports, ensure that all functional requirements and SLA''s are fully completed and conformed to. Develop relationships and work in collaboration with other departments to ensure stock is available. Ensure training within your team is completed to health and safety standards and company procedures. Ensure that the WMS system is fully utilised and information is maintained in line with company procedures with up to date / accurate stock count.
