This is a permanent, on-site position with a long-established company who have a great reputation in their industry, where you''ll have real ownership of the warehouse. You''ll be backed to put strong controls in place and drive practical improvements that make a visible difference, in an autonomous warehouse operations role as part of the senior leadership team. You''ll join a structured, production-led environment where standards, process discipline and performance are taken seriously.

You''ll lead a team ensuring stock is accurate, warehouse operations run smoothly & production process run efficiently.

This role suits a motivated leader who wants responsibility, ownership of the role and the chance to shape how a department performs.

The Role:

• Leading warehouse, pre-production and logistics operations on a single Bristol site
• Improving stock control, goods-in performance and material flow into production
• Monday to Friday, (40 hours per week)

The Person:

• Proven experience managing a warehouse & overseeing operations & be from a production or manufacturing background
• A dynamic leader who can drive change & improve efficiencies
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar ERP systems)
• Track record improving stock accuracy/warehouse processes and leading teams to KPIs and deadlines
