They will lead and develop the warehouse team, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives. £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus 37.5 hours per week Very generous contributory pension scheme Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
