WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS CONTROLLER

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Warehouse & Logistic Controller to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Whetstone.

ROLE: Warehouse And Logistics Controller

PAY RATE: -15 p/h, circa -28,800 per annum

JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm

LOCATION: Whetstone, Leicester (LE8)

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week 8:30am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch

THE ROLE:

• Supporting Flow Valves team with import shipment administration.
• Monitoring imports and collecting compliance documents (invoices, packing lists).
• Using internal systems for quotations, collections, and booking returns.
• Coordinating with suppliers for returns and raising purchase orders.
• Assisting sales team in preparing and formatting quotes.
• Performing general administration using MS Office (Outlook, Excel).

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Proven administration experience (MRO, engineering, or supply chain preferred).
• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP for data analysis).
• Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Training will be provided.
