Warehouse AdministratorManchester City CentreTime Recruitment is currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Manchester City Centre.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative and customer service skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate record keeping, efficient returns processing, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.Working Hours Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:301-hour unpaid break (either 15 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes at lunch, or a full 1-hour lunch break) Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentationProcess data entry and update internal systemsHandle customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional mannerProcess returned goods and ensure inventory records are updated accordinglySupport order tracking, dispatch coordination, and delivery queriesAssist with stock checks and investigate inventory discrepanciesProduce reports and maintain warehouse management systemsCarry out general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and audit supportWork closely with warehouse and operational teams to ensure smooth day-to-day activities Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics, or similar administrative role is advantageousExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency ..... full job details .....
