Warehouse Administrator
Thrive Oldham are recruiting on behalf of our well established client in the Runcorn area a Warehouse AdministratorKey Tasks and Responsibilities:Answering calls and transferring to relevant departmentsProviding excellent customer service to clients of all levelsScanning documents onto the inhouse system accurately and efficientlyProcessing purchase invoices and despatch paperworkUpdating supplier delivery dates and amendmentsServe as a point of contact for customers and visitorsMaintaining excellent relationships with our customersGeneral administrative duties to support the teamWarehouse Administration experience requiredExcellent communicator via Teams to all other areas of the businessKey Skills:Experience of working in an Administration, preferably within a manufacturing/ Warehouse settingData entry experience requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyMust have the ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritizing workload to meet deadlinesIT skills are essential to undertake this roleJob role also involves heavy lifting Mechanical devices eg, FLT, PPT, pallet trucks also an advantageSalary 12.71 per hourMonday - Friday 8am - 5pm Temporary role, maybe longer for the right candidate If you have not heard from a consultant within 7 days, please assume you have been unsuccessful on this ..... full job details .....
