Position: Temporary Warehouse AdministratorLocation: Abingdon, OxfordshireSalary: £14.23 per hour Are you organised, detail-focused and interested in logistics? As a Shipping Administrator, you''ll support the Supply Chain team, making sure goods are shipped safely, efficiently and in line with customs and regulatory requirements. What you''ll be doing: Preparing shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists and Airway Bills Booking collections with couriers and freight forwarders Following country-specific shipping and compliance requirements Liaising with customers, production, planning and other departments Tracking shipments and providing delivery updates Working with customs and government departments to clear held goods Supporting the team with shipping costs, weights and dimensions Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Helping to maintain excellent customer service and meet departmental targets What we''re looking for: Good communication and IT skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure A proactive, logical and solutions-focused approach A flexible "can-do" attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Someone who is curious, willing to learn and isn''t afraid to challenge the status quo No interest in office politics - just a ..... full job details .....
