About the Role

Pertemps North Midlands is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join their client's operation based in Derby. This full-time, temporary role offers a salary of £13.66 per hour and involves supporting the warehouse operation's administrative and CRM requirements. The position follows a Monday to Friday, three-shift rotating pattern covering 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am. Candidates need prior experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or production settings, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions are essential. Duties include ensuring paperwork is completed correctly for the operation.

As a Warehouse Administrator you will be ensuring you support the Warehouse Operation's administration and CRM needs.
Working Hours / Shift Pattern
+ Monday to Friday
+ 3 shift weekly rotating - 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am
The successful Warehouse Administrator will:
+ Have previous experience in a warehousing, manufacturing or production operation
+ Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel
+ Strong communicator on email, phone and in person
Your duties as a Warehouse Administrator will include:
+ Ensuring paperwork is completed correctly for stock movements
+ Maintaining and updating internal CRM systems to ensure compliance
+ Communicating between different internal departments
+ Communicating externally to the companies different customers
+ Be comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
You will receive:
