Warehouse Administrator

Warehouse Administrator – Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established food manufacturer business based in Halstead, Colchester, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

You will be point of control between warehouse and production to ensure compliance with product safety, legality, traceability and quality requirements. Working hours are Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm with flexibility to vary those hours according to needs of the department and starting pay rate is £12.99 per hour.

Key Duties:

• Checking stock in production by ensuring correct batches, quantities and allergen (ie no nuts into ‘nut-free’, no peanuts to ‘peanut-free’).
• Reconcile and close off works orders and accurately return stock to the warehouse prior to the last pallet being booked off.
• Check systematically that the stock is issued to the works order prior to being issued to production.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and attention to detail skills
• Previous warehouse experience
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
