Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients, existing customers, and field engineers

Managing product returns and organising repairs

Booking and scheduling appointments

Completing and filing paperwork and documentation

Ensuring compliance procedures are followed

General administrative support within the warehouse environment
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role is essential

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
