Hours of Work: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating weekly with occasional weekend cover as needed. Salary: £13.90 Main Duties and Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the role are detailed as follows, please note that this list is not exhaustive: Deal with incoming vehicles and despatching lorries Daily contact with customers/ haulers and drivers Main point of contact for incoming phone calls Fully utilise systems available i.e. Customers SAP systems, effectively use the integrated management system (Vision) to plan and execute the day to day operation Customer service management. Liaise with internal and external customers to deliver highest levels of customer service on an ongoing basis Stock management, ensuring inventory accuracy across inbound and outbound processes.
