Location: Runcorn, WA7
Pay: £12.71-£13.21/hr
Hours: 07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00 rotating 
Days: 4-on-4-off 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing warehouse administration tasks accurately and efficiently
• Updating and maintaining stock and inventory records
• Booking goods in and out using warehouse management systems
• Preparing and processing shipping and delivery documentation
• Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with warehouse operatives, transport teams and customers
• Supporting stock control and inventory activities
• Assisting with general administrative duties as required
• Maintaining a professional and organised working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration role
• Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
