Warehouse Administrator

Avenue Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who are a leading packaging company based in Kirkcaldy, Reporting in to the Warehouse Manager, you will manage all administrative and shipping functions within the warehouse, ensuring accurate system control, efficient order processing, and high levels of stock integrity and customer service. This role supports daily warehouse operations through effective coordination of orders, documentation, carrier bookings, and order checks. Your key duties will include: Order processing and administrationAllocate, release, reallocate, and print customer ordersProduce delivery notes, pick notes, goods in paperwork, returnsMaintain system accuracy and spreadsheetsManage returns, rework, quarantine, and service requirementsRequest missing order information and commercial invoiceTransport and portal Management Book shipments carrier portalsUpdate bookings with references and timesUse shipping matrix to determine shipment methodManage delayed shipments and liaise with carriersWarehouse and Driver CoordinationManage driver arrivals and departuresAssign bays and manage collectionsEnsure delivery documentation is accurateAct as link between warehouse and transportOrder checking and stock accuracy Carry out order checksLog and track errorsReport and ensure re-checkingInvestigate stock discrepanciesFollow warehouse and transport proceduresIdentify issues and suggest improvementsSupport reduction of errors and ..... full job details .....
