Warehouse Administrator Location: Heywood We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team in Heywood. This role involves a blend of administrative duties, customer service, and returns processing, supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse throughout the year.Working HoursStandard Hours (Outside Peak): Monday to Friday: 08:15 - 17:15 Arrival time on Day 1: 08:00 Breaks: 1 hour unpaid (either 15 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes lunch, or a full 1-hour lunch) Peak Period (November - January): Operation runs 7 days a week Weekend work is mandatory Weekday Shifts: 11:00 - 20:00 Weekend Shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 Staff working weekends receive 2 days off during the week No holidays permitted in November or December due to business demand Key Responsibilities Administrative support including record keeping, data entry, and documentation for shipments and returns Handling customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency Processing returned goods and updating inventory systems accordingly Supporting order tracking and dispatch coordination Assisting with stock checks and resolving discrepancies Generating internal reports and maintaining warehouse management systems General office duties such as filing, scanning, and assisting with audits Requirements Previous experience in warehouse administration or logistics (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient ..... full job details .....
