The hospital delivers a full pathway of care, including low secure, high dependency/PICU and rehabilitation services, supporting women with complex mental health needs, including personality disorders and acute presentations.As Ward Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing your clinical team while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and operational performance.
