Ward Manager (RMN)

Are you looking for a Ward Manager role in a leading mental health care provider in Leeds?Search are working with a national healthcare provider to recruit a RMN ward manager for their hospital, specialising in the care of adult women with complex mental health needs. Duties and Responsibilities include:- Clinical Leadership of the ward including governance and quality- Managing the clinical and non-clinical staff, contributing to their development, including recruitment and supervision- Providing part of the leadership team and attending meetings with third parties and outside agencies.
