Job overviewWe are looking to recruit a highly motivated Ward Manager to join the team at Abingdon Community Hospital, working on the Oxfordshire Stroke Rehabilitation Unit (OSRU) . The role will be based on OSRU in Abingdon with scope for internal rotation in the future.You''ll work with the Ward Senior Management team to provide clinical leadership and staff management to ensure delivery of a responsive high quality patient focused service.Oxfordshire Stroke Rehabilitation Unit is a 20-bed inpatient unit based at Abingdon Community Hospital. We provide a short period of inpatient rehabilitation for people who have had a stroke, are registered with an Oxfordshire GP and are not able to be discharged directly home from hospital.If you''re an enthusiastic registered nurse with a passion for delivering high quality care this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Previous applicants need not apply.Main duties of the job
