The RoleWorking as part of the night team, you will be responsible for supporting the young people throughout the night, ensuring they are safe, settled and appropriately supported.The home follows a trauma-informed approach, drawing on: Attachment theory PACE NVR strategies Positive and consistent behaviour supportYou will need to be confident working independently overnight while knowing when to escalate concerns to management and follow agreed procedures. Key Responsibilities Providing support and reassurance to young people throughout the night Maintaining a safe and secure environment Responding appropriately to any concerns or incidents Supporting young people who may wake during the night Following individual care plans and risk assessments Completing accurate night-time records and handovers Carrying out agreed checks and routines Supporting safeguarding and wellbeing Maintaining a calm and nurturing environment Communicating effectively with the day team and management Following the home''s policies, procedures and therapeutic approaches About YouAn ..... full job details .....
