If so, we''d love to hear from you.We are looking for a Support Worker to provide essential overnight support as waking night staff for a lady living in Flint. You will play a key role in ensuring her safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night, while always promoting independence and dignity. You will work collaboratively with day staff to ensure continuity of care as she enjoys a variety of activities each week including pedal power, bowling, meeting friends in the pub, lunch out and coffee and cake at local cafes.Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
