Right now, we are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Complex Needs Service in Cannon Street. Sounds great, what will I be doing? The Waking Night Worker is responsible for ensuring the safety, security and wellbeing of residents within a 24-hour supported accommodation service for individuals with mental health and complex needs. The role involves providing person-centred support during night hours, carrying out welfare and flat checks, managing crises and mental health relapses, supporting individuals with recovery goals, substance misuse issues and risk management plans, as well as completing housing management, health and safety checks, CCTV monitoring, building patrols and other night-time caretaking duties.
