Waking Night Support Worker

Description Ebbsfleet House is located in Ramsgate, in Kent. It offers residential support for five males and females, who or are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside. Our team are committed to empowering and encouraging the people we care for, enabling them to reach their goals and to develop their self-esteem and the skills they need to live as independently as possible. We want to improve the quality of the individual''s lives, both physically and emotionally by supporting them to attend activities and social events. What you''ll be doing We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice. Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives. Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! Your natural empathy will help you support others through both the highs and lows.
