About the Role At First for Support, we''re looking for compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Workers to join our growing team, providing temporary staffing to children''s homes in Weymouth. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you''ll play an important role in supporting children and young people in residential care settings. You will help provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment, build positive relationships and support young people with their daily routines, activities, education and emotional well-being.
