The roles will support Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP), providing temporary accommodation and support to people experiencing rough sleeping during periods of cold weather. We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working with adults and young people with complex support needs , including those related to homelessness , mental health and substance misuse . Duties may include providing overnight support, carrying out initial assessments and undertaking light-touch casework to help individuals access appropriate support.
