We are recruiting for a Wake Night Support Workers to join our service in Cornwall, Devon, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, preverbal and wheelchair users. About the Service - Cornwall Supported Living Cornwall Supported Living covering Hayle, Redruth and Cambourne. We support Adults aged 18+ with Learning Disability, Physical disability, Epilepsy and Adults on the Spectrum to live as independently as possible in their own homes, providing structured, consistent support tailored to each individual. Person centred care is very important to us at Cornwall Supported Living. As a team, we focus on the abilities of the people we support and promote learning of new skills, thereby promoting independence and an improved quality of life. We have an open culture where staff feel safe to challenge bad practise, learn from mistakes, share knowledge and lessons learnt. The people we support are involved in the day-to-day running of their home.
