We are recruiting Waking Night Support Workers for our Tunbridge Wells service, supporting adults with a range of physical, mental health, and behavioural support needs within our supported living provision. Experience supporting adults with autism and behaviours that may challenge is desired as on the waking night shifts the team is smaller. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people''s lives. This role offers the opportunity to work with exceptional individuals whilst supporting them to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
