Waking Night Recovery Worker

Right now, we are looking for a Waking Night Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Crisis Accommodation service in Medway, Kent Sounds great, what will I be doing? As Waking Night Recovery Worker you will be ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of our building and service users throughout the night. In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs, including mental health challenges and substance misuse, helping them achieve positive outcomes and maintain their independence. Responsibilities include co-producing risk assessments, support plans, and crisis interventions, responding appropriately to incidents and mental health relapses, carrying out welfare and flat checks, and supporting service users with their health, wellbeing, and safety goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining the security of the building through regular patrols, health and safety inspections, CCTV and alarm monitoring, as well as undertaking housing management and caretaking duties.
