Make a Real Impact - Join Our Team at 4 Trinity Court!Position: Waking Night Project WorkerLocation: AylesburySalary: 24,423 per annumHours: Full-time (35 hours per week)Join our supportive team at Trinity Court 4, a residential care home for six adults with learning disabilities, where we work with compassion, respect and inclusion to empower residents to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs a Waking Night Project Worker, you will:Support residents overnight, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and dignityBuild positive, trusting relationships through a collaborative approachPromote independence while respecting individual needs and choicesRespond to incidents, provide emotional support and maintain clear recordsAdminister medication and complete light household tasksProvide personal care when requiredShifts9:30pm - 7:30amAbout YouYou are caring, reliable and a strong communicator, with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.
