Position: Waking Night Project Worker Location: Sandhurst Salary: -12,561 per annum/-13.42 per hour Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week) - 2 nights per week Join our caring team at Pennyfields, a warm supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. Working two nights per week, you will help create a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where residents feel supported, understood and empowered overnight. The Role Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing Provide personal care with dignity and compassion Administer medication and complete light household tasks Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care About You You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support.
