About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks Waiting Staff for temporary assignments at prestigious venues throughout Central London. Working across banqueting, fine dining, contract catering, hotels and corporate events, successful applicants deliver excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain presentation standards. Shifts vary, offering flexibility. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.80 hourly, plus holiday pay. Candidates need prior hospitality, catering, events, hotel or restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and a professional, reliable manner. Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens certificates are required, and applicants must be aged 18 or over. Uniform consists of a white shirt, black trousers, smart black shoes and black tie.

Requirements:
- Previous hospitality, catering, events, hotel, or restaurant experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Level 2 Food Safety andamp; Allergens Certificates
- Aged 18+
