About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks Waiting Staff for temporary assignments at prestigious venues across Central London. This hospitality role covers banqueting, fine dining, food and beverage assistance, bartending, barista work and general assistance, with shifts at leading hotels, corporate events and contract catering sites. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.80 per hour, plus holiday pay. Candidates need prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, hotels or restaurants, alongside strong customer service and communication abilities. Applicants must be professional, dependable and well-presented, hold Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens certificates, and be aged 18 or over. Uniform comprises a white shirt, black trousers, smart black shoes and a black tie.
