About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks Waiting Staff for temporary assignments across Central London's prestigious venues, including banqueting, fine dining and contract catering. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.80 per hour, plus holiday pay. Applicants need hospitality experience, ideally within 4* or 5* establishments, alongside strong customer service, communication and presentation. Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens certificates are required, and candidates must be 18 or over. A uniform of white shirt, black trousers, smart black shoes and tie applies. Shifts vary, offering flexibility across events. Successful applicants will serve food and drink, assist guests and maintain high standards throughout service.
