About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks Waiting Staff for temporary assignments at prestigious venues across Central London. This hospitality role covers banqueting, fine dining, food and beverage assistance, bartending, barista work, and general catering support. Pay ranges from £12.71 to £14.80 hourly, plus holiday pay. Applicants need prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, hotels, or restaurants, alongside strong customer service and communication abilities. Level 2 Food Safety and Allergens certificates are required, and candidates must be aged 18 or over, professional, reliable, and well-presented. Availability across five days weekly is preferred. Uniform comprises a white shirt, black trousers, smart black shoes, and black tie. Shifts take place at leading hotels and corporate functions.
