We''re looking for an enthusiastic and capable Front of House Supervisor / Team Leader to join our friendly team. You''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and supporting staff to deliver outstanding service.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Supervising day-to-day front-of-house operations across hospitality and retail areas
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team to deliver high standards of service
- Providing hands-on support during busy periods andndash; including food andamp; drink service, retail sales, and customer care
- Ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and overall customer experience are consistently excellent
- Training new staff and helping maintain a positive team culture
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally and efficiently
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control and ordering
- Ensuring compliance with health andamp; safety, food hygiene, and company procedures
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role (at least 1 year)
- A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
- Passion for great service and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and confident making decisions
- Able to stay calm and supportive under pressure
- Flexible and reliable, with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable using tills and basic tech systems (training provided)
Working Hours:
- Primarily Monday to Friday shifts, daytime hours
- Occasional weekend cover may be required for special events or seasonal demand
- Full-time hours
